Jeff has a diverse background in Marine Biology, Education and Business. He earned his Masters Degree studying marine ecology and has 4 decades of experience teaching all levels.

He is an award-winning underwater photographer. Jeff’s consulting company, Ocean Education, involved him in tourism, teacher education, documentaries, school programs, writing and public speaking. He also helped his wife run an organics and health food business.
